Honeycomb is an eight-story building designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), and features residences in a range of sizes, each with its own private pool and balcony.


Named after the late Charles Gwathmey of Gwathmey Siegel Kaufman Architects, this building features four- to five-bedroom residences ranging from 4,700 to 6,350 square feet.


The six-story Gemini building, designed by HKS Architects, features two- to six-bedroom residences measuring up to 8,580 square feet, each with expansive outdoor terraces overlooking the marina.


Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, Orchid is situated at the corner of Albany Marina and houses nine well-appointed residences offering two to six bedrooms spanning up to 11,500 square feet.


The southern end of this Morris Adjmi-designed building features luxurious residences spanning more than 6,500 square feet, each with expansive outdoor balconies set along Albany Marina.


Currently under construction and designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), Cube features three- to seven- bedroom residences, each with their own private pools and balconies, and displays a staggered facade to fully maximize the panoramic marina and ocean vistas.


Aptly named Tetris for its modular block design, the latest marina building currently under construction at Albany combines one- and two-story private residences in a unique, staggering scheme to capture stunning views of the promenade and marina. The creation of Swedish architecture firm OOAK Architects, Tetris combines 22 private residences which range from 2,300 to more than 9,310 square feet.
